Looks like a kit-bash to me. The head is particularly uninspiring if this is an official figure. And where is his shotgun??

beat me to the post! I just saw these pics this morning. I think it' a custom, the likeness is just way off, as he looking like he's seen too many battles. Plus where's all the gear? and why would CTR have a prototype in hand already when Sideshow would, I imagine, be looking to make an impact at SDCC in two weeks? Can anyone identify the profile being used on this figure?
DOESNT LOOK LIKE A SIDESHOW FIGURE AT ALL...
Actually looks just like a Sideshow figure, it's one of the Star Wars Endor Troops in GI Joe clothes.

How can you tell its cheap clothing? Doesn't look that bad to me, about average quality.
