I hope to God it means 1/6 figures.

I wonder if this is why Hot Toys hasn't made any figures yet. Is there a chance they lost out to Sideshow?

I doubt that they'll take HT head on by going 1:6.

I'm betting on 1:4 PF and/or maquettes. Anyone savvy for legendary scale busts??

I am pretty sure SSC and Hot Toys are partners and the former helps the latter obtain licenses. Not sure where this idea that they swiped the license from Hot Toys comes from.

If you guys remember when they first launched the DC license they had the teaser video with a lot of the upcoming products in they planned on doing. In that video they had Batman Arkham 1/6 figure blue print. So I would bet it is for 1/6 figures first, though I hope eventually they get around to a 1/4 Arkham Batman.

My initial reaction when I saw the announcement was 1/6 scale figures. I'd be amazed if 1/4 scale PF's are on the horizon

I hope the batman will be painted Dark Blue, and not black, as it seems dc direct keeps flip flopping between the 2 colors.

Considering this is Arkham Asylum/City it would have to be black unless they do the skins from the DLC. The only time you see blue.on him otherwise is like the image. Reflected lighting.

Wow. Amazing news. Though the fact that they used a screenshot from the game as a teaser, instead of a hint of the actual piece is concerning. 'Coming Soon' doesn't exactly instill confidence...

I do agree with everything you stated past "News" and to state for a Announcement they are not forth coming at all with the parameters of said line and any of the other "Coming Soon" revels, Weak, Very Weak.
