Wow, they announced the license a year and a half ago. This has to be one of the slowest turn around times ever. Hurry up already!!

Wow it has been that long? So what a 2 1/2 year turnaround until it is in our hands? Oh well i want it super bad so the wait will be worth it.

No that's an accurate 1:1 replica. The one that teemu posted is the SS one but it looks more like the AOD version.

I really was expecting this up today. Unless it is loaded in their system to go up tomorrow than they missed a great opportunity with Halloween and the TV show.

Most likely because Sideshow has 60 people working in their Iron Man Research & Development Dept and 2 handling all the other lines.

I don't want $250, but that price won't sway me. I'd think anything past the boomstick and chainsaw being in an exclusive is fair game. Nothing else is vital to the character. Even the book of the dead which i want isn't a necessity especially for ED2. If this was AOD i would say book is needed more.

Yeah I'd love all of that. His cut off evil hand would be such a great exclusive.

Hold on a minute, now. The way SSC operates nowadays, all of that stuff would probably make this figure $300+. Let's be reasonable, and just hope he gets clothing and shoes. No stand or box. $240. Chainsaw, harness, and shotgun accessories sold separately for $75.

I just saw Evil Dead 2 again the other day and forgot how fantastic this film is. Made me want this figure even more. Here's to hoping they do indeed launch pre-orders tomorrow.
