Well, this has been anticlimatic. PPO on the eve of Holloween and the new show would have made sense if this were coming out next year.

To be honest as much as I'd like an Ash in my collection (as well as the Beetlejuice they teased) at this point I don't think I'd buy this figure anyways. After yet another disappointing sculpt in the Red 5 Luke I just can't see myself pre-ordering another Sideshow figure that features a human headsculpt. They've consistently dropped the ball with figures like that, the Hoth Han and Luke, Snake Plissken, Nathan Drake, etc. I already cancelled my Indiana Jones I had on pre-order a while back which at the time was due to too many pre-orders but now I don't even care because I doubt it'll turn out very good anyways.

Yeah... Red 5 Luke was supposed to be the gateway figure. So much for that I just want to see something here that will give me hope. Sculpts can be repainted if necessary. And I want an Ash that much.

I am definitely still in with this figure.... I see a lot potential and I know the sculpt will be good. If not, it can be painted.... I know Rocco Tartamella will do one young ash evil dead 2 version. So, I have no problem investing and upgrading the figure.....
