I personally they rarely overlap only flex 2 statues at a time. My im and cap overlapped just 1 month. Thor i split in 2 payments which start as soon as cap ends and just waiting on damn hulk now lol

I was flex-paying it off and left now with last payment + shipping. I used RP and don't want to lose that and the NRD. I doubt SS will transfer it to the EXC, so I will keep it sealed to sell to a LCS.
