Sideshow's upper leg armor is a bit too short and also somewhat pointy at the upper end. Also, going up, the armor is widening more than it should.

Mine has finally shipped. I had to Flex Pay Rex as I had too much going on. Can't wait to get him in a day or so. Probably the best character to never feature in a movie?

Definitely, although Echo and Fives are a close second for me. I can't wait for the Phase II figures.

I think it has more to do with the under body, the hips/ hip joints are odd and spread too far apart,

So after being on the fence about this figure for a good while, I ended up ordering it on a whim a night ago, my first clone. I've always liked the look of the ARC troopers...ever since I was a kid when ROTS came out. Anyway, this figure is a hell of a lot of fun to pose. The body is a tad floppy, and does feature the dreaded loose left arm, but he can definitely hold a pose or 10. The paint app on this figure is pretty damn good.

Definitely can't wait for Echo and Fives now.

Here's a few pictures from my post-rain, dingy mini patio.

The details on this figure is outstanding! Love the weathering and I'm still waiting for Rex Phase II to hit local retailers (I live outside the US) amazing figure and really looking forward in getting mine.

Just purchased the exclusive. My first SS Clone Trooper. And if I gotta own 1, has to be Captain Rex in his Phase II Armor.

Thanks, Fives...yes that will make a pretty awesome display...Echo, Fives & Rex...

Sideshow just has the detailing down so well on clones in production now...

was Fordo in the newer CW stuff?

He was that red ARC trooper in the first Clone Wars cartoon that was shown on the cartoon network. I Believe he's in the new one as well in the later season. I just started watching season 1 on Netflix. Fordo is a ARC trooper commander.

Oh, yeah I believe he was reintroduced. I still see Captain Rex more of a badass, even though he wasn't trained personally by Jango he was bred and born in the battle field. I'm sure the same could be said for other ARC troopers or other troopers, but it's his characteristics that sets him apart. I'm sure many will disagree, hahaha.

Rex is based on Alpha right? I always assumed he was trained by Jango because of his love for duel wielding pistols, and the Mandalore markings on his helmet...
