Yes, they are slightly darker than what you see in the pictures.

Overall, quite a good figure. The joints are tight yet poseable. But I feel that the shades of dark grey on the top of the helmet can be improved.

I collected from their Raffles MRT Station outlet. They seems to have quite a few Bacara available there.

Ya canceled mine due to the same reason. I will pick him up eventually but I would rather have some iconic figures than bacara who I just think is cool and not essential.
