Thanks, JB. As soon as I get my camera from storage, I will get better shots up. That one is from my phone camera.

MJ...just had a look at your gallery of shots there and...I'd say a return would be in order there if that chest piece is not movable...it's way too low. (Thanks for the pics BTW) Looking at the pics DC posted...the chest piece on his looks positioned correctly....

DC, was yours like that out of the box or did you/ could you adjust it?

Thanks again y'all.

JB - It came out of the box like that. I did notice that the copy I got seamed to be positioned better than the one MJ got. But as far as I can tell, they are not adjustable. I am going to check that more closely, though.

That was quick...it is adjustable...MicroJow...just slide it up the right-hand strap. The left hand one is fixed, but will straighten as you slide the "buckle" up the right-hand strap toward his shoulder.

I am lovin' this guy. I can not understand why some are getting tired of clones.

I love that my sig is in this shot! :lol
You rock DC! :rock

I was wondering when you were going to chime in on that!:)

Makes for a great background!

Sorry, DC, we were celebrating my son's bday so I had to step away.
He just went to bed so I'm back...for a little while at least. :lol

btw, how's the weathering on the kama?

Great reason to step away! No sweat!

I like it well enough. It looks a little more like snowballs have hit him than it does like he was crawling around on the snow. But it looks like snow on it to me. There are even dark areas with it that make it look like the snow is melting some. An earlier picture that I saw almost made it look like tie-dye on the kama. But in-hand it looks good. I am going to try to get a decent shot

Thanks, DC...Kama looks good and that's great news about that chest piece. The other thing that's looking good is the belt straps appear longer than the ones on Bly. so it looks like they'll hang better and look better in extreme poses.

I cant wait to get mine Friday and an extra helmet from anxiety to make a phase 1.does it look like the face Plate is a seperate section that could be removed with some work? If so then a phase 1 should be pretty easy to pull off.

They seem to be well-glued...but definitely separate pieces. Should be no problem for a patient person.

Thanks for the suggestion, DC, but I've already slid the buckle up as far as it can go. The backside of the strap is glued together and the buckle can't get over the double-thick strap. Guess this guy is getting exchanged!

- MJ

I see what you mean, but on my copy, the slits in the leather are big enough to allow the double strap through them.
