I just talked to Erin at CS and she didn't tell me anything new. I could tell she must be saying the same thing to a thousand people everyday because it had that monotone recitation quality. 
She said they process in the order placed and blah blah blah. I felt pretty dumb calling her. I must've seemed pretty pathetic.
