Damn. Love mine, but it's got silver paint on the chest rig and it has weird black paint streaks. It's like they're oily streaks that ruin the appearance especially under lighting.

Now imagine if SS used a fabric costume for Deadpool. It works for some. Others not so much. The mixed media used on Deadpool is perfect IMO.

The Wolverine and Sabertooth PF's had beautiful sculpts that concealed underneath cheap cloth...

That's one of the reasons I hope they do another Wolverine PF because I prefer different uses of mixed media opposed to cloth and entire costume fabrics. The other reason is because I wasn't around for the release of the Wolverine PF!

Nothings changed with them. Few people got perfect ones it looks like. For the money you deserve it to be perfect. We all do

This is a good example of when Mixed media cloth doesn't work, I like my wolverine but he would have looked so much better without the fabric.

But there are a lot of statues where it fabric can look good, like on Thor Pf, cap, Doom, Ms Marvel, joker.

Mixed media are more real,those who have spent years reading comics understand people that don't like the fabric in figures

I value the fabric as a realistic of a drawn character complement.

For example, the lsf of Wolverine without fabric would be more spectacular to you but to my eyes be incomplete

I like with and without fabric, but if the sculptor knows to add the correct amount of fabric makes the piece a masterpiece, in the case of deadpool pf I had put him red leather instead of sculpted and you can get the same details, just using good materials

The one on top is a Wolverine WIP by Troy McDevitt..It'll have the brown costume and an alternative unmasked head..the base will be a big fallen tree trunk and it will be set in the winter

#1088 of 1250'just arrived and damn this statue rules. Unfortunately I did have one QC issue... a paint chip on the left wrist hand.

Sent in my request for just a replacement of the left hand.

All in all this statue is great though.
