Wow, no way I can push them straight down, as the pressure/snag would probably disconnect the whole strap/harness. But will try it once more.

Once in, can you actually remove these things if you had to?

I'm actually trying to enlarge the loops slightly by inserting a pen, as my initial twisting action did not work. I did notice that one of the loops is made up of a slightly thicker leather. therefore more stiff, & more of a pain in the arse to stretch. Again, once in, are you able to remove them?

Yes but it's a pain as well. Remove them carefully as the bottom of the sword can come off

Thanks for the help & input fellas. I've inserted a couple of pens in loops, leaving them overnight, hoping they will loosen up to receive the big sword(s).

Yah I think your putting way too much thought into it Divo. I just pushed mine through slowly with no issues. The leather will stretch. Once you get the bottom portion if the sword thru its clear sailing

Just realized that my pistol hand doesn't fit the wrist properly. The Rubber chicken hand fits fine bit comparing the hole sizes the pistol hand is obviously too small and cause some paint chipping on the wrist when I moved it around to see if it would slip in. Anyone else have that issue? Emailed sideshow and waiting to hear back from them. They're replacing my head with a small chip tho. Maybe they can follow through on the hand too. Hope so.

Just got an email from customer service ..... They agreed my base is terrible , some minor paint rub which I can touch up. They gave me $80 in credit ..... I am pretty happy with the outcome. This statue is awesome!
