Wow...I am extremely frustrated with SS right now.

I was told earlier this week that my replacement EX base would ship by the end of this week. I contacted them today to see if it was still scheduled to ship, and the lady told me that there is no record of the replacement order!!

I contacted SS on Augsut 12, they sent me the wrong (non EX) base, they said on Sept 3rd that a new EX base was set aside, now they say there is no record of that order. to make matters worse, the guy who was handling my case no longer works for SS.

I am so peeved right now. If they come back and say there are no more EX replacements, I will freak.

I am about ready to pull my hair out. I just phoned and spoke to someone else, and she found the order. But, she can't say whether there is a replacmeent available...I have to wait to hear from the returns department...in another 3 to 5 days. Hurry up and wait.

Well if they can't find you an EX base, I take the chances of my wait list converting just dropped to zero.
