Hey averone i got 2 little breaks no biggy ones an easy fix but i have a snake with no head and its a giant pink mouth is that normal?

Request a new quiver while you're at it.

This is my first breakage the quiver i fixed easy its all good now, but the snake head im confused about because there was no top head piece anywhere in the box it just aint there. Whats the usual procedure here? I dont have to return it do i? Do they just send me a new top piece?

Take a pic and send it to them.

If you're in Canada, they'll send you a new top piece and then you'll have to break the one you have.

If you're in the States, I'm not sure if they'll ask you to send it back.
In either case, it shouldn't cost you anything.

Interesting! Never seen that before. Its not a clean brake?
You first have to contact SS to see if they have replacement parts. If not, then we will take over and replace a new top. However you may have to send only the top to ARH Studios in the US. Let me know via PM what SS will do for you.

The quiver needs a little help, mine is the same way. I just used a small amount of glue to hold it in place.
