Yeah I see it too but it looks slightly phallic.

Maybe its a Zombie nurse to accompany the Doctor...it'd play well with the Helping Hand idea. Or maybe its "Wolf" from the serial played about Subject 138 whose idea of a "helping hand" was to stab, kill and burn the Street Prophet.
