exactly, lots of people keep comparing this to costs of 1/4 scale pieces, this is only 1/5 scale and judging by the dios I have on hand the over all dio is in most cases smaller than a 1/4 scale stand alone piece..

I'm comparing the costs to other Maquettes

Sentinel (1/12 scale) 1year ago $899.99

Voltron (1/12 scale probably) 1299.99

Personally I think HvW looks more elaborate than Sentinel but with the slow down it's probably the best estimate or in between the two

I agree....I was ready to jump in on the DT PF until I saw it was $550. I can wait and see if it has discounts down the line.
