Im hoping mine will arrive this week. Its been travelling for about a week. The wonky tus'ks is worrying me a bit though. Im not overly bothered about the paint as im not that ____ about it. But, if my tusks are wonky and it doesnt sit well on the base im going to cry
 
Well ive sent my pictures off and spoke to Daniel in the returns department so ill have to wait and see what they come back with .

I put a straight edge along the tusks they were at least 20mm out
 
Just opened mine today and ive got to say im really not very happy with the overall finish of it :mad:!

The tusks are wonkey i have one pointing up and one pointing down, it doent sit on the base very well wobbles about and the silver paint in the damaged part of the mask looks like it was done by 3 year old :gah:

Seems sideshow didn't learn their lesson from the AVP bio's afterall, shame.
 
received mine today finally, will post some pictures soon!
love the mask, I think it's the best one of the three!
 
Well my replacement arrived earlier in the week and my wife just opened it. Once again the base is broken. Apparently no one checked the replacement to see if it had any issues. Needless to say this one is going back to them. Not sure if I want another replacement if I am going to have to send that one back as well. I was really looking forward to this piece......
 
Same thing happened with me, but with my Mr. Black base.

First one was warped, second one was broken, third is warped but not THAT bad, so I decided to live with it..

Wish they'd check them. And stop with the BS QC passed stickers.
 
I got the pics from my wife. Funny thing is I got the same number base that I sent back to them. I received number 51 and my replacement is the same exact number with the same exact problem. Hmmmmmm...... Has that happened to anyone else?

It was broken in the same place? SS does have unnumbered bases to use for exchanges....

Yep. broken in the exact same spot, even the art box had the same number. Kind of weird, especially when it was still sealed up with their "QC" tape and sticker. I would really hope that someone there would check the replacements before they send them out.
 
It's been 6 days and counting and i still havn't recieved an email regarding a replacement for mine.
I spoke to Daniel at Sideshow last Tuesday 8.30am there time i should have a responce no later than Monday.... (i hope)

I really think they have a lot of problems with this mask i've never waited this long for them to get back in touch with me regarding a replacement . Last thing he said was he would check there replacement stock but he could not see it being a problem getting a replacement mask out to me.

Looking at peoples comments on this thread 99% of peoples Tracker masks have bent tusks and a few have paint app problems its a big concern as the P1 battle damage mask is out soon and the Legendary scale bust whick i have on order
 
Well I spoke to Sideshow today as I have not had an email about a replacement mask and my Fedex bill has arrived

They told me that there returns department was very very busy and they hadn't got round to my inquiry yet............... to me this does not sound good at all :(
