I enjoyed the article, however, they say that SS destroys all molds. I don´t think so!!! Just look at the re-edition of The Red Baron and so many variants of The Bond line. They used the same molds!!!!!!!

No this one was BAD. He was completely rude to CS and instead of letting them sort it out filed with his CC. This was when SS said they could no longer help him and could only deal with his card company to which he went off the deep end.

I'd recommend no one else reply to him any further in regards to that subject, as hard as that may be to do. It'll take away from original intent of article, which is to showcase SS, not debate on how customer service should or should not be implemented.
