The eyes look fine to me however I'm not seeing what you are seeing. I hope that makes sense.

I think if you buy this you'll be very happy with it in hand.

they are fine....he's looking off to the right...trust me this statue is one of the best of 2010. If not the best.

I love the pose. It's like he's leaning on the barrel, trying to look nonchalant as he plays with his coin/pistol/compass, but he's actually paying close attention to something off to the side, most likely eavesdropping on some private conversation.

I have 27 PFs and this one is in the top 5, easy.

I'm fairly new to this site and buying these figures/statues, but what I've noticed is the two PF's I bought look (in person) nothing like any pics on here whether with/without flash. That's why I think many on the fence make comments about not knowing about the "eyes" or other features. The pics just don't do these things justice. I got ToD Indy for myself and this one for my wife. She can't keep her hands off of it. (Go ahead...say it..."that's what she said.") Sure I was worried my wife was spending more time playing with 'Captain Jack' but these things are mindblowing in person. I am not an artist like some on here or a perfectionist in regards to $300 statues, so frankly most of them look very good to me. I think the only PF I've seen that I was mad about was the PF Rambo II one. All others look sharp and I really like this one as it IS Johnny Depp as 'Captain Jack Sparrow.'

Mine's been displayed like that and it does look cool with the lantern on and in low light!

Yeah looks quality with it on wasn't sure at first thought it might have been a bit heavy but it's just right
