Is the release date for this guy Dec still? Bec have a feeling it wont be till Jan with all of the products shipping out of Sideshow this month (Dec) will we still this guy any time soon for that matter?

I hope not bec after all my spending on the Indiana Jones PF and 12inch i'm kinda broke (and not to mention presents for family members) and i REALLY REALLY DONT WANT TO CANCEL HIM . So i hope they do, do it after xmas in the New Year. so i can use my Dec Pay Check towards him.

Well, there were delays with the P1 dio, the Ex. came at least a month after the regular, but both versions turned out so well, best to let them just take their time and get a better dio.

The status on the Ex. is "1st Qtr 2009" now, I'm betting we won't see it until March.

I'm all for delays at this point, like the P1 dio, I might have to cancel if it were right now.

I think Sideshow may be trying to push stuff out right now too. Their new cancellation system allows for reasons to be added, and I know a lot of folks have been posting about cancelling due to too much at once and budget concerns with holidays and all. Much as they want they're money, they do care about happy collectors too so if they can move things around so folks won't have to cancel, I'm sure they'll do that a bit too.
