My negative spidey still shows pending as well, of course I did just send it back for a replacement. My Mummy points on the other hand have been given to me already and I haven't even recieved my replacement from Sideshow.
 
well my Negative points went thru now, but the Classic is still pending even though it shipped before the Negative :confused:

Same here... and my Spooktacular items are still pending. :confused:
 
I am still waiting too, I guess SS doesn't want our money --- I was all set to use the points on a Rocky statue. :monkey2
 
All I can say to any of you with problems is fill out the customer service form and/or call in to let them know what you are experiencing. Just like with anything, if they don't know, they can't do anything about it :duff

Well yes, most of us know that, but we don't like to bother you guys with trivial things (well... some of us anyway!). :D The Rewards Program is a nice bonus and will take a little time to get everything running smoothly, so we are patient as the kinks are worked out.

I did send two emails over the course of 2 1/2 weeks, the first was responded to saying that the points would be fixed within 24-48 hours. After a few more days went by I decided to send a "follow-up" to see if anything had changed.

Then **poof** today my Classic Spidey converted :Wizard

I have a theory...

Did your Retro Spidey order get changed to "shipped" status in YOUR on-line account page when it first shipped, or did you have to get Sideshow to fix the status??

The reason I ask is, mine had to get manually updated to shipped, after the fact, along with the Spooktacular items. I wonder if the 40 day count down starts with the status change in our on-line accounts, which is a separate database from the billing/invoice database according to what Sideshow has told us.

You are definately on to something I think - I did in fact have to email SS about changing the status of my order. The 40 day countdown must take effect after the change.

It would appear that all we need to do to attract SS staff and thus have our questions answered is put cookies in the thread ... they have a nose for them.

emailed the customer service because I have like 5 items I haven't go any points from and I ordered them more them 40 days ago. + 12" legolas
doesn't show up in the pending points list.

And I got a really stupid answer: Have you checked the date the order was placed? so it wasn't before 1 may 2006. otherwise contact him again

Duuh, Do you think I'm stupid!!!!!! I asked because it was more then 40 days ago but not waaaay back in may!

sigh, I guess I gotta email CS again!!
