I just canceled some pre-orders and my "available points" dropped from 2244 to 2240. I just lost 4 points... There definitely appears to be a bug somewhere, but it is odd, because this is my third round of canceling some pre-orders since the rewards program was launched, and the first two times I didn't lose any points. Weird!
 
Dusty, is today still the last day that orders shipped will get a golden gift card? I've been praying for some in-stock orders to ship today, but they haven't yet...

I believe that Dusty would like us to blame Chris, and Chris would like us to blame Dusty.

seriously though i think they are still trying to figure out why the points are missing. probably a mystery to them as well for now.
 
Well, I can say that I lost 2 points after the SSC staff cancelled one or two (don't quite remember) of my orders for a combined shipping request I made. So cancelling items must have got something to do with it.

It's got to be a bug!

Ow, and don't forget: if an item that would have got you some points get's cancelled in favor of a combined shipping, you definitely loose those points. BUT you safe money on shipping, of course.

You shouldn't lose points for cancelling an order that is not worth any points in the first place. If I understand things correctly...
Now that is super odd. But hey! SSC is working on it.

Still no points for Boromir or the Luke/Yoda PF. I've contacted CS but haven't heard a response. Kinda stumped as to what to do next to get this fixed. I guess I have to call.
 
I'm annoyed at the moment because I ordered the SSE London After Midnight as a Xmas present for a friend of mine, and applied the points I acquired since May. The order in my account shows the points discounting the final price which took it to about $102 with shipping included.

When I looked at my email this week, the invoice stated my LAM was shipped out but the points discount was not applied and my card was charged the full $129. And yes, my account still states I have "0" points available.

So yeah, I'm pretty pissed off right now. I've already sent a complaint to customer service about it. :cuss

Two??? I lost 4 points, and now another 2 have mysteriously disappeared!! I'm down 6 points in the "available" column since the Rewards Program went live and I haven't used a single point yet!!!
 
For everyone with "missing" points, don't worry, they are looking into it. I had emailed customer service about the missing points and it was forwarded on to Chris; he is now aware of the issue and fixing the bug! :rock

I hope so. I never got a response to my email about this issue.
 
Hey guys, Chris is still working on the "missing" points issue, but he would like anyone who has the issue to be sure and fill out the Customer Service form to let them know you have a problem. He wants to track any other instances of the issue. Thanks.
