I think it adds character. These guys are supposed to be former Republic Commandos so they'd see a bit of action anyway. Shame that his breast plate needs a boil 'n dip though. After the 3 Sandies, the Stormtrooper and the Commander, you think SSC would've fixed that by now.

Still I don't like the way they considered weathering for this guy. Stormtroopers are almost clean, this one looks like he participated in a pie fight with orange, gray and blue paint all over him:

As is often the case, it may just be the pic that's making him look that awkward. I agree though that in the pic, the brown spots make it kinda looks like he was freckled by a Bantha toot. Mine arrives Monday so I'll get a better idea of how he really looks.

I don't like him. The weathering looks awful, it would have been better if they had let him clean so you can decide to weather him or not...

I don't care for this figure but I've seen it in person, the weathering isn't that bad. Adds to it actually, more subtle in person.
