yep. I ordered from Hastings too off Amazon. It was shipped today.

The only fear is that Hastings accidently sent me the wrong item once (though they did refund me, they were out of the original item)...so hopefully this is not the case with SE.

Greetings to fellow collectors - I am a noob here and here is my 1st post.... I hope u all like it

Here is my version of customized Sideshow Snake Eyes - just a body swap and some minor additions.
I used HT's rubber muscle body to get that look of Snake Eyes's body that we see in the comics.

Here are some comparison pictures with my Custom Solid Snake (True Type Body) and Liquid Snake (Rocky III muscle body) against my SE's (HT's billy muscle body)

Got mine today. First thing that had to happen was the visor was removed. I never did like that look. I remember my best friend as a kid telling me that the new Snake Eyes was out and that he had a Knight's visor on his head. Weird. Little more partial to the original. So I had ordered goggles a few minutes after him. Now I know what everyone is talking about with regards to the body. Its pretty weak, looking and holding a pose. Mine seems to be tired because he keeps slouching. So now that I have spent $100, I get to spend more to get a better body. I bought the gun for my T-700 but Snake gets it till his HK MP5 comes in.

seems like you probably could have saved more by picking up various pieces instead of the full figure.

got mine today!!! great figure, but of course as mentioned i'm not impressed with the loose body. and the spare UZI mags are a BIT## to put in the holsters. i think i punctured through one of the pockets from trying to push it in too hard. oh well... now i just need storm shadow and my Joe collection is complete besides the random figures i pick up here and there.

~~how much did you pay for that muscle body?? i might grab one of those myself...its not good when my arms are bigger than his slim jim arms when all i do is the 12ounce curl on the weekends.

A Shepherd from Monkey Depot. He's crouching and growling with teeth bared. I need to sand his ears to a point and finish painting him to match a wolf's pelt.

Did some work on my Snake. I wanted to make him a little more contemporary. What an anti-terrorist commando might look like. Still have a few things here and there that I plan on doing.
