Or just simply swap out the entire leg from the knee down. I did some mods to an old style true type, and when I wanted to give SE newer boots that required the TT ball-joint ankle pegs instead of swapping the entire body over I just swapped out the lower legs. Either way, the procedure is fairly easy if you find the Wesker body too tall for SE.

Just be careful if you're doing with with a narrow shouldered TT. The knee joints are beyond fragile. I've had every single one of my right knees break.

I suggest using TT wrist pegs, just wrap some plumbers tape around the peg that goes into SE hands. He won't look like he has monkey arms if you use TT pegs. SE neck adapter will fit just fine and TT ankle pegs will pop into SE boots fine after you soak them in hot water.

Is that because the Sideshow wrist pegs are just longer and need to be trimmed?

Simply break them off and swap them with those on another TT.

Break them off, you mean the leg extensions?

I have a small question which body would be the best for snake eyes Hot toys muscle billy body or the Resident Evil wesker body? Please don't flame me for this question just want some input. Thanks freaks

Muscle bodies are ok, but are crap for articulation. I would recommend the Wesker 1000x more than a muscle body.

Of course, the Saturday Toys ST-1 body, IMO, looks better. It's not even half the price, requires no chopping or swapping out of any pegs and keeps Snake Eyes consistent with the Prometheus' height.

Yup. Just run a razor blade along where they're glued to the lower leg until you can pull them off. Then do the same with a regular TT and swap them out.

No need to break them off. You can take them off. They are not glued on. Just get pliers and pull them off. I've swapped 3 of them already with minimal problems (One of the extensions on a Wesker body snapped off, nothing Super Glue Gel couldnt handle).

I dont know if it looks better, but they are cheaper and looks good. I got the Wesker bodies cheap so I didnt mind swapping them. Personally I dont like the way the pro looks, so I caved and went with all TT swap on all my joes.

Wesker will look awesome. I've done it and a couple others here have too. I used a muscle body for Storm Shadow, since his arms are exposed.

Yes, the SS pegs are longer and have the larger ball joint, so they make the wrist look extra long. I just use HT wrist joints and wrap a bit of plumbers tape around the hand peg, so the SS hands fit nice and snug.

If you swap calves with another TT body, you won't have to break the ankle extenders and can use them on a taller body custom.

Hey Sam, does the arms just look longer on SE with the Wesker because of the Sideshow pegs?

I just picked up some Blade bodies from EBay for dirt cheap (it's the same body as Wesker, except with the normal size ankle extender). I'm going to use one for SE (since he's fully clothed and the skin tone won't matter) and save the Wesker body for a future custom.

Yup Ski, the SS pegs are bigger and make TT arms look like monkey arms. They look fine on Pros, because of the short forearms, though horrible on TT.

You have to swap the calves and knees. The knee pegs that go into the calves are different. They dont fit the other TTs right. That is the reason I swapped the extensions. I didnt want to break the knee joint from the narrowed shoulder TT.

Are you sure? I remember someone had responded to my custom of the Wesker when I first posted it and said the calves can be swapped, but the knee joint won't fit in the Wesker thigh. I had tried fitting a different knee joint into the thigh and it didn't work. When I get the Blade bodies I will confirm if the calf can be swapped or not. I unscrewed the thighs off of another TT and swapped them with Wesker and haven't messed with SE since..

Yep, pretty sure. The lower post on Weskers knee joints, the one that goes to the calve, is thicker and its tappered (\_/). I believe It was me that posted and it was the reverse.

Ok I got my Snake Eyes on a wesker body much much better...
