Guess I got lucky for a change. The paint on mine is really good. There are a few small issues with a few of the web lines as expected but nothing major.

Sure hope BBTS gets their allocation soon... the wait is killing me on this piece. :thud:

everyone should just breaks theirs and return it to SS!!!!! BOYCOTT SS will never learn. the fact they can only give you a partial refund or a full refund is not acceptable. They can just do that for all other future releases and just get away with it if its a KEY Character such as spiderman. that is just my 2 cents. blah!

Don't know if many would be willing to follow join you in your crusade...:dunno

just saying i dont think i would go to those extremes. just saying lately SS QC be lacking and they just need to do something about it. I understand there are multiple factories in China, but doesn't mean the quality can't be the same.

Oh, hell no! Mine's going to the grave with me.

I have surprised myself with my collection and the what it has evolved into character wise. When I look over my new direction of "My Collection Room" including new art work. I'm an undercover Spider-Man fan that's just now coming out the closet...:wave

Ok...Now I've said it, I'm a Spider-Man fan, and I feel like a ton of brick have been lifted off my back now that I'm out the closet...:hi5:

I was on live chat last wednesday morning (ssc time) with them to report it. Just spoke with them there now and they just quoted exactly what they did the first time. I will hear by the 21st. Nothing more, nothing less :lol

Me either laudel. I heard back on Thanos already and I submitted him AFTER Carnage. What gives? :dunno

It took about two weeks to get a replacement part for my black panther. They're polite, but it just sounds like they're overloaded with returns.

Hopefully they're taking a hit to the pocket due to all these replacements and returns and they'll up their QC department.

They are out of carnage replacement. It's either partial $35 refund or return it for a full refund. I know it doesn't make sense because they still have it in stock which I said to them. I told them I can just return it and re-order it again and return it again if it has a problem which can be all avoided if I can just get a replacement now. And they said they are out of replacement/replacement parts and I can just order it again if I want.

here is the email:

"Unfortunately, we do not have any replacements or replacement parts available for the Carnage Comiquette. As such, please let me know if you would like to proceed with the discount or full refund at your earliest convenience."

and I replied saying they have it in stock. Why can't I get one from there as a replacement to avoid the hassle of returning, refund, ordering again, and the possibility of returning again for a replacement.

and the reply:

"Please know our replacement inventory is separate from our stock inventory. As such, the availability of stock pieces on our website does not guarantee the availability of replacements. Unfortunately, we no longer have replacements available and will not be receiving any in the future. If you would like to return your item for a full refund and reorder it through our website, please let me know so I may assist you."
