Check eBay recently ended auctions to get an impression of market value. Like I posted earlier, the regular seems to go for around $700 give or take.

$450 is a GREAT deal. That's only a couple of $$$ above retail. It's almost impossible to find an EX for under $700 now. I bet you don't regret spending that $450 now.

Not at all! It looks incredible sitting by my Green Goblin PF. I just wish I could have gotten a venom when they first came out.

Yep. Venom is an awesome piece. I didn't pick him up right away either. I wanted to make sure that Spidey turned out good before I picked up Venom. My mistake. It wound up costing me. I had to pay $650 for my Venom EX. Picked it up here off a board member. I still think it was a fair price. At the time I bought him EXs were going for $800 or more. My Venom EX is a marvel sample to boot. I'm just glad I have him in my collection. Spidey just wouldn't look the same without that beast next to him.

Guys is $900 shipped a decent price for the Regular? should i hold out and wait for a better deal?

I would wait and see what the ES is before you pull the trigger. That's what I am doing.

You can get the ex for better than that in the sell section now. Just search our threads here. And there is a marvel sample at 450.00 on eBay right now.

I think 900 for the reg would be high. Just my opinion...and we know what that is worth.

I would wait and see what the ES is before you pull the trigger. That's what I am doing.

The edition size for the Spider-man Reg comiquette is 1250. I'm asking if $900 shipped for it is good amount or overpriced according to some of the statue connaisseur on this fine forum. Especially since i have to pay for the Dutch PF next week...

Wait for a better deal. You should be able to get the Ex for that much. You should pay $750 tops for the regular.

The dude does not ship to Canada!! or else i would have purchased it from him...now i gotta decide if i want the Reg for $900 or Ex for $950. The price is insane and i have yet to spend that much on a friggin' statue...but i need spidey in the collection!

$900 is too high for a REG IMHO. Wait for a better deal. One will come along.

You guys are 100% right...Is a counteroffer of $800 for reg better? which will work out to $778 CAD.

I personally wouldn't pay more than $700 shipped for a REG at this time. $700 is a very fair price for a REG. I would keep an eye on the for sale thread here for a more reasonable deal. Even bidding on one on the bay should be cheaper than $800 your willing to pay. This is just my opinion. It's your money afterall.

I appreciate the advice! it's hard to gauge what a statue is really worth...it retailed for $300 right? now it's all about supply and demand.
