You know--the minute I saw this I thought the pose looked very familiar. Being as I read Spidey I just figured it was taken from a comic panel. But look...its very close to this Toy Biz Model from the 90's. Think they might have used this kit for inspiration?

I had that model kit sitting on me desk for a good ten years when I was a kid! The comiquette always reminded me of it, which is why I love the comiquette so much. Its like having a bigger better version of my old model kit!
