Re: Spider-Man Comiquette - Waitlist links available in 1st post.

Hmm, I can't see them selling very well at 1/5 scale if they make those tho'. I know I won't pick them up, rather get another 1/4 scale Spidey to custom or something.

They should diversify by going 1/2 scale or something.
If sideshow wants to top themselves they should go bigger not smaller.

You have caught the 1/2 bug.

:lol I was thinking the same thing

1/2 scale stuff looks pretty good I think, only problem is I like my statues with dyamic poses and they are normally museum poses or standing around so far.

would love to see some done, sadly don't think i'd be in line for them, just takes up to much space.

Space and I'd really wish they were 100% solid but it's not gonna happen.

I always said this, I really didn't care how much they weighed as long as they weren't hollow. I would pay for the extra shipping to not have a hollow piece.

yep, just like the IM piece, could you imagine spending that much money on a piece and expecting to at least lift him out of the box with a little bit of effort to find you almost throw him through the room.:rotfl
soon to see pics of the result of the ceiling fan set on high and IM goes flying across the room to meet his death.

Yeah but I doubt we'll see the quality like Hulk PF or Doom PF ever again. They want to save on materials and shipping.

I would pay more for it to be solid too for sure.

:exactly: that's the thing, I'd expect for myself to call a buddy in order to lift the guy out of the box. I picked up HULK PF the other day and was like DAMN, that is the DA DAMN HULK for sure, what happened to those days.

Oh SSC wants to save on shipping :lecture

Even though i got the

abpjpl.gif
and

Maybe it was supposed to represent the armor with no one in it! : P

I thought that, with your He-Man-like muscles, Hulk PF would be no heavier than Hulk Minimate to you. I wish I could say that I wasn't a bit disappointed, Skiman. I wish I could say that :monkey2

I agree. They could simply fill a hollow statue with a thick and solid enough shell with some other cheaper and lighter material. Just avoid the hallowosity!

They do. They fill it with air. : P

I leave my Gray in box until we get into the new house (in a town home loft right now), but I moved my green this week to pose him with Sabretooth and HULK 1:1.
