I like Maul's battle-damaged saber and Mace's extra saber, but they are not on the same level as Qui-Gon's poncho, which was a MUST HAVE for me, personally. It adds a lot to him, and I display him with it.

And Ep6 Luke's blaster was nice. Even though it was released only a couple years ago, it gives me a nostalgic feeling, being SSC's first SW 1:6 and all.

Mace's extra saber was not the exclusive. The Jango Fett helmet was.

And now that we are getting armored figures and Sideshow has stated that they will not use exclusive items in regular versions of figures...will Jango come witjout a helmet when they do him?

I don't see either of those must haves as must haves.

Force Choke Hand is a must have. I *think* it is the first demonstration of The Force we see (well before the prequels came out) or did Obi's "not the droid" come before?.

Had to go back to work after the Vader ppo, was on the phone at 5 after for the stormie and it was sold out. First ppo i missed the EX.

I totall didn't work since 12:00p.m. and on, I was basically glued to the sideshow forum and all the excitement!!!! But heck i was at work since 5:30 a.m. this morning LOL!

Got my Stormy and left the office at a lil after 2:00 p.m.

I think the pointy hand is a cool acessory... either to choke out a fool, or accuse someone of being part of the rebel alliance and a traitor.

Pistol is cool, but about as necessary as the blaster that came with Boussh.

I think Bib's staff was a very cool exclusive

I don't quite get why people want two Ex STs. Will they really want their troopers holding the pistol? I guess if you're going to buy from SS anyway it makes sense to get the EX for the same price but why not get the 2 regulars from an online store and save $20?

Yes, the STs exclusive item is nothing special, as most exclusive items are. But to me, that is not the point. With this Stormtrooper SSC has divided the collectors into two groups: those that could order two exclusive STs and those that could not. This time it was the people that actually went to the con that got lucky. Who will it be next time? Again, I completely sympathise with the con-goers, as I would have ordered two exclusive STs as well under the given circumstances. Sideshow should just stop to put a part of their collectors to a disadvantage. Give everybody the same shot at things. Just a matter of principle.

Exactly, and there is no way there was 1500 for sale, more like 500
SS botched this bigtime and left some devoted collectors (spending customers) alienated.
NOt impressed at all about how this went down. SS needs to do right by there collectors and rectify this somehow.

Well, we know for sure that 1500 Clone Wars Obi-wans sold out in 9 minutes, so I think it's possible that a high-profile figure like the Stormtrooper sold out in about half that time.

I managed to get 1 pc of the Exclusive Stormie. I also have 1 pc of the Regular Version on pre-order with Sideshow.

I really wanted 2 Stormie and I was just glad that I now have confirmed orders for 1 of each version.

I'd hesitate to bet on one over the other. Now that they have both a Clone Trooper body and Stormtrooper body and head, they can quickly/cheaply open the floodgates either way with:

• Sandtrooper
• Luke in Stormtrooper Disguise
• Han in Stormtrooper Disguise
• AOTC Clone
• AOTC Clone Pilot
• ARC Trooper
• ROTS Clone

To say nothing about the color variants for the AOTC/ROTS groups. And clean/dirty variants.

Yeap, these will come for sure!
