Considering other things come up during the year, it makes perfect sense. Unexpected expenses happen ALL the time. Sometimes they happen in between releases. Had the items been on time, I would have continued to honor my items. But since it didn't work out that way, I cut the ones I could to be sure to stay on track financially. Not everyone follows the same financial plan you do.

And not everyone makes the same amount of money monthly. :lecture

Right but if a financial need of $350 comes up tomorrow and you decide to cancel because you prefer to cash out your "BD fund" then that's simply you deciding to cancel the statue due to a greater need. That's perfectly understandable (even wise) but it actually has nothing to do with the release date of the item.

What if BD arrived today and a $350 emergency comes up tomorrow? Would you immediately sell the statue? Sounds like you wouldn't, so therefore you really *do* have other ways to cover emergencies and don't ever *have* to cancel based on a delay. That's all.

It all comes down to what you spend your money on, not necessarily what you make. I look at single fellows here and think, damn, they must be *rolling* in dough, even those who make half as much as me.

I have a nice annual salary but I've got a house, stay at home wife and two kids. Hell just going to the theater runs us around $100 a pop or more with babysitter fees and all. My wife spends about $200 every other month or so just getting her hair done and I can't help but think, wow, that could be six extra HT figures a year if we wanted.... :lol

Eh, you think what you want, and live by your ideas...I shall live by mine. :D

So, March...means I'll just spend the next two months visiting ssc's page, opening the BD photos and crying...daily.

I disagree but that's okay. :D

I own my home, don't have kids (Thank God) and ditched the old ball and chain years ago. :yess: :rock

I'm with you which is why I hate the prices that have started showing up. I can only get these non essential goods if my wife can enjoy her nice things too

Damn pushed back to March now. I'd love to know whats really holding her up.

The giant workload of statues. Plus all the problems they had with the premium format like Baroness and the backside. I'm willing to bet the Black Widow and similar statues are giving the same problem.

Batman - 9500 statues
Poison Ivy - 4000 statues
