On the bright side...We might get Babydoll in time for my birthday!

Okay...maybe it's just a bright side for me. :lol :D

:pfft:

Maybe theyre having complications w/the packaging? Baby Dolls Pigtails look like they can be a problem in transit. They awfully look pretty delicate. They could possibly be trying to find a more suitable approach in packing it?

Yeah, your birthday sucks Darth Snoopy. :lecture

It's a possibility. Whatever the reason, the wait will be forgiven if Babydoll arrives in excellent condition. :lecture

And just before my birthday!

Actually I can hope that Sideshow has Emily Browning personally deliver my Babydoll statue to my doorstep but you know what they say about wishing in one hand.

:wink1: :D

Um...that's great for you, but when she delivers mine she'll be wearing a matching outfit to her PF. :yess:

March/April Babies RULE! :yess: :rock :hi5:

That's what I was fantasizing she'd be wearing also! :lol

Great minds and all that! :D

:yess: :yess: :hi5:

Seriously though, I'm really upset about her being pushed back, again. :(

Pushing pieces back actually has lost SSC money from me because I had to cancel a couple things (and 1 more is about to be done) due to too much piling up in 1 year. Had everything come out on time, I wouldn't have had to cancel.

Black Widow, Babydoll and Elvira are 3 pf's alone that should have come last year. Pushing them to this year had me cancel Thor, Loki and will have to cancel Coulson, and it kept me from buying Hulk and Iron Man. Crazy how that happens....

Yeah....it sucks to have to continue to wait. :(

Fortunately, for me anyway, these delays are working in my favor.

I wasn't thinking about it until you mentioned this since I only have four items on order so I decided to check. All four orders are scheduled for March 2013. WTF! :slap Dark Rider, Twilight Witch-king, Baby Doll and Poison Ivy. And I was strongly considering ordering the Grey Hulk and that's March 2013 as well. :thud:

How does the shifting of delivery dates affect being able to afford other future items? No matter when they are delivered, it still costs the same. Doesn't matter if you are paying flexpay or not.

It may cost the same but not everyone can afford a large load of collectibles all at one time.

Yeah, you either set aside the money in advance or you don't. If the money is saved for any given purchase it technically wouldn't make a difference whether it ships now or in two months, unless some sort of emergency causes you to use the funds in advance. But if that was the case you'd be selling the statue anyway even if it did come on time.

So I'm looking at Baby Doll, Lady Death, and Gray Hulk Comm for March. It's a good thing I flexed Baby Doll, but it's still gonna hurt.
