First impressions...

- It's too small
- The silver paint on exclusive gun looks like it was just globbed on, not painted with love and care
- The magnet holds the head in fine but it doesn't feel secure.
- The hair pegs fit all right but they make me nervous that at some point they'll fall out

That being said, I love this PF! Overall, FANTASTIC!

I feel like a pervert though since it's displayed on the shelf above my desk and I'm kinda always looking up her skirt.

Now I'm getting a little nervous about her size. Mine will be here soon. Can't wait!

I have been keeping her skirt hiked up just a little to show a tiny bit of cheek. After all, it's a detail that shouldnt be overlooked. And she's in action so the skirts supposed to be flowing all over the place. hahaha!! Congrats Fritz!

wow she is really a tiny girl! I'm just used to seeing my GG version so Im just spoiled and always want more bang for the bucks for a statue.

Hi guys,

I sent the returns department an email the same day I got my package which was the 14th of march and still no response yet from them. Never had to deal with replacements before in my 3 years+ buying SS items so I am not sure how fast they respond back... do they usually take this long for them to get back to you? Plus that live chat is of no help no one responds there... just sits on the message "Just a moment... and then disconnects me" I even tried the customer service email with no luck. I just PMed SS Alex just now. *sigh*

I got to say I'm starting to get a little p'o'd at customer service at the moment. Mine came with a busted sword arm and a huge chunk missing from the base. I emailed them 18 days ago with pictures. It took over a week to get a reply which was send more pictures which I immediately did. I've heard nothing since despite a follow up email and live chat just says you have to send an email and wait for a reply. I don't think I'm being unreasonable to expect a much quicker resolution on an item I've paid over $400 for (including shipping). It's not like the damage was done in transit as the broken off part of the base was not in the box so it was shipped already broken.

Whoa...Sideshow CS must be swamped with calls to keep people waiting this long.

It never took me that long to get a reply or replacement...of course when I did exchange something it was a long time ago.

Ah! Called Fed ex today and they said that the truck has not moved in 2 days. Then now they said hopefully tomorrow. This sucks to know SS sent it but it's just stuck on a non moving fed ex truck. so still no BD not because of SS but because of fed ex doing who knows what. Maybe the truck broke down? It has not moved for 4 days when I should have recieved it 4 days ago. I have a spot made just for her and it's been empty for a few days now.
