Someone on the sf was saying its been weeks and they never got back to them.

It's normally now 1 to 2 weeks time to respond.

Got my Fedex bill. It was grossly bigger than usual.

I looked over the forms and Sideshow put my shipping charge at $216 rather than $25 so the calculation from everything is huge.

Have had to open a query to get that sorted and it's going to take weeks

Well just live chated after the international call back request told me two more working days to call back and finally a score.

They are now sending out a replacement base and sword arm. I can't wait to get these parts so my Babydoll can look as brilliant as all your other pics show yours to be.
