Well, it's been 15 days since I emailed in the pics of the damaged BD, and after several emails still no verdict
I emailed them late last night and told them that by today (Wed) I wanted either a confirmation that they'd replace the head or I'd be returning it.
3:35 EST and no reply
Good news... they got back to me later in the day and will be sending a new head.

I am all for you keeping your name. There was a BuffyGirl on another forum I was on... different girl. It's more common than you believe among Buffy fans. There was a BuffyGirl also in the official Buffy chat I used to frequent back in the day.. 1999-2000. Just saying. Damn, where did all the time go? lol

I could see it being irritating to BG and her friends if someone had went online here as BuffyGirI. Notice the capital I in the end? My point is, he's a Buffy fan. He's illustrating that in his name. Heck, I could have called myself that with the amount of hours I would watch Buffy and the thousands I spent on that show. I even was friends with a couple who used to go to school with Elisabeth Rohm. Even got her Johnny Handcock on a photo sent to be straight from the Angel set! Anyway, back on topic, I can't wait to get that darn Babydoll PF to go with my GG Sucker Punch girls and my HT Babydoll. I get her in a week!

dude, i'm with you bro. who freakin cares what someone's ID is on here. people can like what they want and call themselves whatever they want so long as they're respectful to others, who really cares. it's just an ID its not like they named themselves after your real name. the dude seemed really nice about it and could tell he wasn't doing it out of any evil intention.

Put my Spazzy mags in last night. A little tight fit but not difficult to wiggle in.
Can't remember if the rounded side of the mag is supposed to be on the top or bottom.
Also took this opportunity to turn the scabbard around, because the default from SS is wrong. I had to watch a few clips to confirm, but the scabbard should curving AWAY from her head, as a few have pointed out.
Of course, while I was making these changes, her pony tail dropped out on the the floor. No damage, thank you carpet! Those suckers ARE too loose. So's her head for that matter.
Now she's authentic! Still like this better than my GG statue.
