Got a reply from replacement dept. They don't have anymore ponytails to replace my poorly painted and cracked piece. They offered the regular $30 credit. I insisted they find me a replacement and if they don't i'm just going to send it back for a refund. Quite tired of this. Its not even a an exclusive part of the statue. The hair piece does not sit right and it might fall out.
That's because it's sold out and has been archived. It's there you just have to sign in and do a Product Archive Search.

Up on Propstore's site they had Abbie Cornish's (Sweet Pea's) stunt sword.

I had an opportunity to get it but really didn't want to take on another monthly payment at the moment. Already have $254.00 going out every month until October for the 3 items that I have ordered.
This stuff is mighty expensive!
I want the hero prop anyways. Stunt props are not that good looking in person.

Wow that didn't stay long like LD did. Oh well I'm ok with mine now. SS did help me with a partial refund On the arm and the broken hair piece. Now I just need to wait for a confirmation from them when it gets shipped for my broken pigtail.
Update: SS are not going to replace my cracked hair piece. If anybody as a spare piece through returns or something can they please let me know. When looking at the statue front on its the one on the left.

because of a nice member here i was able to get a good deal on a regular edition
so I switched the parts that were deffective on my EX

Looks like a few of the Exclusive snuck back in to inventory
Buyer beware. I just returned one a couple weeks back that had multiple defects and they refused to replace it. If you place an order now I'd say you've got a pretty high chance of getting one that someone else wasn't happy with.

well thats not very ethical.
One could almost be expected to buy a regular as well, swap out all of the defects on the EX and then return said regular for a full refund!
if you were so inclined....
