Sculpt is ok. Doesn't have much heft to it, though, and the plastic is kind of cheesy. But it'll be my one and only collectible from this series.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

And yes, I'm chewing on a toothpick. Do you mean to say that you're not?

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Sweet! Did you pick up a discarded hoodie and wrap it around your waist as you performed ninja moves, too?

Nope, I'd need to be on some of that mutagen the turtles were snorting to go that far :lol

Broken sunglasses atop my head is about as far as my ninja skills go, not that stealth really applied to this incarnation.

Leatherhead looks pretty sick as a ninja too. Just saw the new Turtles movie again today. Second time this week. 3rd time overall lol. Love it more every to me I see it and have sort of accepted some of the plot devices as something that was necessary for this take on it (even though it could've been done the right way). Also getting over the fact that Splinter doesn't sound like a Japanese master but rather like a jewish lawyer. Other than that I'm also hoping that the sequel addresses some of the issues that fans may have. Hopefully Shredder gets better and won't have to wear the robot armour either

I didn't understand the armour whatsoever. They didn't even explain why he needed it, I mean he was kickin ass with his hands tied behind his back!

Yeah Splinter is what dissapointed me most (as you know big fan). I think they should have given him more human eyes like the turtles. Leaving him with the black eyes made him look freaky as **** and the lack of actual training from a master to gain his ninja skills was poor. How could he stand toe to toe with shredder after learning from a book? Of course I'm with you on the accent but then again he isn't Japanese anymore :dunno

I dunno I'm gonna stop right now as I want to watch it a second time before I go on but yeah I had a LOT of problems with it. Oh god, I just thought about Raph's 10 minute speech as they plummeted down to the ground on that building antenna :slap

What annoyed me most was the director basically admitting he wanted to make them more badass by making them super (Raph poppin bullets off his chest anyone?) The turtles were never Super Hero's, Hero's yes but not super. For me they now join the generic super hero movies rather than using what made them so different and interesting in the first place. Even the martial arts was superfied which takes away from the beauty of it.

Okay stopping till I watch it again :rotfl :wink1:

New movie was a train wreck in every imaginable way. Poorly written, dumb plot, pointless retcons, awful designs, awful casting, focused on the wrong characters etc etc.

Actually as far as casting goes I didn't mind Megan Fox, I thought she was going to annoy me waaaaay more and I ended up not minding her performance suprisingly. The character I hated ended up being Vernon, jesus what an annoying character he was, there was no chemistry at ALL. When I finally realised he was interested in April I was like NO! I'd rather her strike up a relationship with Michaelangelo. I hope he's not back for the 2nd

Ondi, you nailed a bunch of my main issues with the film. Thought it was below average overall. I was ok with it until the snow sequence, and it got pretty bad from that point on.

You're so right Ondi... that Vernon character, errrrr.... But we not gonna get another TMNT from another director, so still an entertaining movie. hahaha

I watched the movie for the first time today. It was the piece of **** I was afraid it would be. I liked Megan Fox's booty though.

Cool... lets not change the design of turtles. Can't buy more TMNT statues hahaha
