Spot on. The thing is, all the 'drama' is over the toy fair pics...which happen to be the Production version if I am not mistaken. So any hand wringing is pretty justified IMO.

I still hope this turns out better than expected, but they desperately need to fix that shirt at the very least!

I'm assuming you didn't order the Ex. Wait for this to start shipping, if you like the in hand pictures jump on.
No need to order before seeing the production piece and any potential issues.

You resolve the LSB issue?

I just put myself on the wait list for the ex and will keep a eye on it so I have time to cancel it if I haven't made up my mind.

I got 25% off the LSB so will need to fix it up myself. Posted a couple of pics in the thread of the damage and how it looks now.

Yeh, just had a look. Good result.

The picture of this, a few pages back, from the show looks like the production piece so that is probably very similar to what you might receive.
I personally think it looks pretty bad and decided to order the HT, my first ever HT, you can see in the banner at the top of this page.

I think the problem with the previous version, clean T-800, was it turned out a bit skinny?

Yeah perhaps a bit skinny, it's a nice piece though. The T1 PF is superior though.

Still not 100% sure I want this but put myself on the wait list for the ex anyway. Just checked and it says the ex is available for pre-order now with less than 10 remaining (which I know is probs BS) but why hasn't my WL converted if they're available to order?

I'd try calling their CS dept. they've always been pretty helpful and should be able to help you out, or at least provide some clarification
