Well sideshow changed their tone. They will now allow me to return for a full refund.

Also it was 100$ SSC credit OR a replacement gauntlet. I may return for full value and buy it again in a few months when they get their next batch. The statue is amazing and I love it. Just don't like the defects.

You have an extremely high tolerance for disappointment. 1 statue out of 15 in the last 6 years for you have been kept and not returned? And now this Thanos debacle with their Customer Service? I would have quit sideshow after a quarter of the amount of returns you’ve had to go through

wonderful news. common sense prevails for once.

my suggestion is to NOT buy again now. deals for less than retail on the regular are everywhere and that won't change. wait for a great deal and if you're lucky, maybe even something local.

I'm about to extremely limit my SSC purchases. Planning on cancelling 4 statues out of six I have on PO... Ask thanks to their ****** QC, poor customer service responses to ****** qc, and that their prototypes look way better than what we get
