Beetlejuice was one of the worst pieces they've ever done especially after refusing to listen to criticism. The sculpt looked like he was happy sideshow gave him a prostate check. Also was bare bones just hands

Evil dead figure was pretty decent.

It’s fine if you want multiple Dudes or multiple outfit changes. But if I can only have/afford one Dude , I’d prefer the purple and Aztec print pajama bottoms. It is the more iconic look.

I received a $20 off coupon from a recent order and this figure is eligible. Kinda tempted to pre-order. Being a Sideshow figure makes me nervous though without seeing the final product in-hand.

If the proto just looks okay, you have to remember the final product will look even worse and softer.

SS figs just generally look cartoony and stand out (in a very bad way) next to other 1/6 figs. Only time they can look okay if they're wearing a helmet/mask.

I'm not a huge SSC defender or anything, and the Beetlejuice is a good example of why people should be cautious. However, most of the GI Joes were pretty dang good, Ash was terrific, and I really like their recent Michael Myers. So in my anecdotal experience, they are a decent, if not great option and I wouldn't hesitate to go with this if I didn't already have the Rainman custom figure.

I have since cooled on this figure and will be waiting for final shots to decide if I want it. While I'm a huge fan of the movie, I don't need this figure to enjoy it, so it will really have to sell itself by the quality.
