Thanks Marc, it's definitely going to be fun. I think that's why I want this more than Ben. Ben is a great figure, I'll love him and cherrish him, but Sidious is going to offer my creative side far more outlets. There is so much detail in his portrait with the distortions, it's going to be blast with playing in different light setups to see how it reacts to the wrinkles.
Were we playing "which one of these doesn't belong" or something?
I know it might have looked goofy, but I kinda wish the Sidious sculpt had this expression.
It wouldn't look goofy Wor-Gar, but much like eyes painted into the corners and things like that, it would have limited your poses. If you wanted to pose him more ROTJ Emperor style, the face might not work, you'd have to go with some sort of fighting pose for the face to fit. Neutral as it is works good for fighting and anything else.

What with the job they did on Old Ben, I'm really starting to look forward to this set.
Correct, 2 individual figures, in one package though, a true 2-pack, not a bundle like the Endor troops.

I am pretty sure they will be packaged in one box.
I'm curious on the package design myself. I wonder if they'll do like the current box format but instead of accessories in one half and figure in the other, one figure in 1 half and the other or will it be more like Hasbro did for 2 packs and have a larger box with both figures in the same tray. It's meaningless in the end because I just want them both to look as amazing as I hope and think they will be, but I get curious nonetheless about new things, like when Jabba came out and all the wonder about how he'd be packaged.
I am inclined to think it will be like your first idea MF. I think it'll be similiar to how things are now.

It seems pretty logical to me, and also would be more impressive in design, but I tend to be wrong about such things. I'd say those are the 2 options though, current format or a box much like the LOTR figures come in but with 2 figures since neither character is heavy on accessories. Not likely to happen, but it'd be cool if they came with a unique base designed for 2 figures on one unit.
