GECCO put out two SDCC exclusive versions of the Bubble Head Nurse, and the Red Pyramid Thing, 1/6 PVC statues.
Red Pyramid Thing comes with a mannequin "victim". The nurse was made to resemble the original box art from the first release of the nurse (which was different from the actual product). The nurse comes with a different head as well as an additional alternate head, a different hand, and newly sculpted legs/feet with red stockings.
The paint job on the nurse isn't quite as good as on the original, but it is still excellent. Her skin also has more of a flesh tone. Interestingly, they actually altered the original box art to more closely match the new version (for example, the original box art had white stockings, but the new box art and statue itself, has red ones. I don't have the original version of the Pyramid Thing, so I can't compare.
