The fishnets were done with a tiny brush one tiny section of thread at a time. First, I tried just drybrushing over them, but the sculpt/casting wasn't pure enough to achieve a crisp effect, so I had to do it the hard way. Once the fishnets were all done, they looked too overpowering and thick for 1/6 scale and made the legs very dark overall. I ended up flesh basing over them again and hitting just the uppermost ridge of the net sculpt with the tiny brush. So not only did I dread painting the fishnets for 20 years, but once I finally got to them, I ended up painting them twice. ~sigh~
