-pants are hasbro
-the vest is a m1965 from DML i believe.

I really love your customs man! Great work! I think these two are my favs or the ones I would want in my collection lol Sullivan should be easy with the new Dillinger figure coming out but how in the world did you make that samurai outfit!? I need to make one! lol

Glad you like them!
The Sullivan is an easy bash.
The Algren Samurai armor is all hand made from plastic cardstock. It has over 60 armored pieces, painted, and tiny holes drilled into each piece and hand tied in black string. It took me over 1 month!!

Dam, thats crazy. It came out amazing doe! Hard work really paid off, maybe one day, I'll try to make one... Or maybe there's another samurai fig that is similar that you'd just have to paint or mod a bit?

Thanks, Unfortunatly no.. the did ones are too thick and it would look too fat.. just need a lot of patiencem

- DC direct shoes
- Touched up SST indy with resculpted hair
- Spenser coat

While i love the HT Hellboy, the size always bothered me and the price they are going for now are a definite no for me. The SST one seemed too "toyish" I found a good deal on a SST Hellboy and decided to use it as a base for bashing my own. I am VERY happy with the results and it shows that life can be put into that SST version. Heres the quick recipe:
- ALL SST parts where used minus the body
- The head was repainted
- The coat was heavily weathered
- I used a KP Heroik XXL Muscle Body (KPO2xl)
- painting the body was tricky, as it has a rubber muscle cover and we all know
how hard it is to paint on rubber. After trying several paints i found a solution!
Duplicolor automotive vinyl paint! It painted the body and dried perfectly. I used
dullcoat to give the body a flat finish.
- Let me know what you think!!

Fantastic job! Great alternative to buying the expensive HTs version. What material is the coat? I thought it was plastic but it looks great here, almost cloth/ leather like. The face doesn't match the body tone but not too noticeable.
I was actually thinking of doing this recently. My plan was to dye the body red but use a black shirt. But all the SS hellboys I saw had that ugly sculpt showing his teeth. Had no idea about this sculpt you used, might've sparked my drive to make one again!

The face tone gets most of the light so it looks different, lol...everthing there is from the SST. The SST coat out of the box looks really "plastically" and cheap so I weathered it with a dark brown bath (thanks to jacktheriper for this idea) and then i sprayed a clearcoat. it looks like a totally different coat! I tried rite dye and didnt like the results. IMO, the duplicolor vinyl paint is the best option to paint the body. The cigar chigar-chomping sculpt is an exclusive sculpt that SST made. I also have the teeth grinning sculpt, which looks good with a repaint.

This is a walmart exclusive 18" Hulkbuster to be released in October. I found a seller on ebay that got his hands on a few and so i decided to give it a custom paint job. Hope you enjoy.. I added as much info as i could on the build...

That looks great! Nice job. I did one of those myself. I plan on buying the 18" walmart exclusive version this fall and giving that a paint up as well.

- Boots are ignite
-Suit, is resewn DML

ZAPATA:
- Custom sculpt by Alex Lopez, painted by me
- Hat, gun belt, holster, bandoliers are custom
- Clothes are a resewn black suit i found in my bin
