I haven't won any contests unless they did one where they just entered everybody.

Although, I did send my Darth Maul belt back because it was damaged, but they've never given tracking numbers before about replacements/returns and I got an email from customer service like last week that they received the belt I sent them so I would expect that they sent the belt last week, which wouldn't weigh 1lb.

It's the belt that is being sent. Got the same thing with a few replacement items that they sent me, just got a quantum tracking number.

orders that are shipped are always followed quickly with a status change email.

Usually for my items that ship I get the Quantum View thing with the tracking number and then like a day or so later it will change the status, although I have had it before where it didn't change the status until a while later.

Although I could have just checked my bank account to see that it hadn't charged yet.

I just got the 3-5 day e-mail.

Sounds like it has yet to arrive in their warehouse. It should begin shipping next week.
