just seeing the wips wow really coming together there this is going to be a hell of a custom awesome work

Thought ran across my mind to have a voice box that records "STARS..." and do the automated battery operating mini-gun that I can turn on at a switch like I did with my G.I. Joe B.A.T custom but that will only be on the AP version of this figure. No way I could replicate that work every time out of the gates.

It was just a fun thought as I was leaving work today. :monkey1

Any new updates on this?

Tempted and scared to mold (NAH not really :thud:), taking my time, I definitely want to plan it correctly. :lecture :lol (THIS IS NOT just a simple 1-off headsculpt mold)

but yea, I'd say at the end of this month or next I will start making trench-coat patterns... :D :panic:

I've been picky on belt buckles as well, I've order several from all sort of places and I'm still not happy with what I have found.

I'm coming back full circle, finalizing boots, going to order more buckles and then prepare (chest piece + head) for molding.

I have a few more loose ends to tie up in the painting and modification of heads and back onto the Nemesis train.

I'm happy to see you taking your time with this. I didn't order one of these and I'm crazy with anticipation for this figure. I just want to see it done and done right. Yours is definately on the right track.

Thank you, yes I'm being very careful with this one, the sculpt has taken me the better part of last year and so TBH I don't want ANYTHING to happen to it, too much time and $$$ will go into getting him up and running but after that it's just a formula to follow.

I've been PM'd with anticipation of this figure from several so I know people are excited about it, I just don't want to cripple dreams and have me crying on my workshop floor. :lol

I know the feeling. It took me almost a year to complete my iron man. And I only used 1 kind of material and only had to make him once. I get why people are in anticipation but I also get why you want to take your time. It's all about patience and craftsmanship.
