Working on some heads this morning before going to the gym , I have a Natural Bodybuilding Mens circuit late spring early summer so I have to get started on double cardio days.

Just back from the gym, ate a little and added some more progress, now I need to go to work

The light blood was a preference.

I'll dot the pupils later today and a few of you are looking at Nomaks with priority mail, very soon

I did do the dishes, take out trash, put miscellaneous crap/comics-graphic novels away so the Mrs. doesn't get after me later.
