thanks everyone... I will be posting more here. I have decided to start collecting more of the high end stuff.

I don't have any Sideshow Collectibles yet... but I have been eyeing ANH Princess Leia PF... my friend owns a collectible store and might get me a deal on her... and I am very excited about the Asajj Ventress and Illum Padme... I guess you guys can see I collect mostly the female statues/maquettes/action figures.

I have a few GG Clone Wars Maquettes, and Koto's, and Women of DC Universe Busts... those are really my only sorta high end stuff.

hey everyone... seems i started something...

I am interested in collecting. And when I was told about the drawings, I wanted to know more. and thats why I posted on the Statue Forum. I really hope you guys don't believe my story is a fabrication... cause its not... cause I really couldn't believe myself that mr.Hughes was telling me this.

Look guys, I have read some of the comments... and it kinda hurts... I know I am not a model by any means... I barely am 5'3". But I love building costumes and wearing them... its an escape for me. I am not trying to be a girl in a skimpy outfit.. their is a difference when someone wears a Slave Leia costume... and then someone that goes and wears skimpy panties and bra. Leia is an icon, she will be forever... i don't know its just different to me.

I have to admit... I was excited when I was told this... but this doesn't mean that the Statue will be made... he just told me he was drawing stuff.... I just wanted to know more... if anyone knew more about the statue... I probably will get the Slave Leia statue (if it is produced) anyways even if I didn't have the conversation with Hughes.

I just really hope Slave Leia is made... thats all.

I must say that I love your Shaak Ti costume, as I told you earlier, she's one of my favorite Jedi. I also think you did a great job with all your other costumes. I love the Asajj. And I'm still trying to clean the drool off my desk from your Slave Leia outfit

The PF Leia is a great way to kick off your PF collection. Just be careful because they are incredibly addicting. You should be able to find the regular version for around $200 or even less if you dare to venture on eBay.

For Hughes to single you out should be an honor in itself. As a 501st Legion member who's been to a few cons, I've yet to be scouted as a model for a stormtrooper proto. When there's a bunch of us at an event, we're the belles at the ball but as soon as even one of you Slave Leias take the floor, we're suddenly wallflowers. Keep up the good work and maybe you'll upstage us at some future con.

Welcome Ventress!!! It is great to see your costumes. I went to SDCC this year and it was my first convention. I loved to seeing all the costumes. The slave Leia girl at the SS booth seemed very popular and I even took several pics for hubby and the guys at work.

The PF slave Leia should be awesome and since I have the Koto Leia and the GG Leia on preorder, I may have to make a Slave Leia section.
