No way, Hunter was better, and was more entertaining.

Sweeny was every other vengeful prick, except with a razor insted of a gun or sword.

Not that he wasn't good...but the role wasn't mind blowing.

Meh. All his roles are good.

I just don't see how anyone could lump Sweeney Todd in with the other Burton films of the last 10 years. The others were flawed but ST is one of very few perfect movies imo. I love every fiber of it. And Depp played that character perfectly. I couldn't care less if the character isn't super original. Same with Ledger's Joker. Just 'cos it's similar to other psychos doesn't mean it's not a stellar performance.

Raoul Duke >>>>>> Every worthless Tim Burton character he's played in the past 10 years.

Horseman on Steed.

Dammit. :lecture

I don't know about all that but i'd like the Horseman a lot, and with no likeness issues, if you skip a Walken head, it shouldn't be hard to put out and i would think HT would enjoy making that costume.

I agree, Sean, and would gladly purchase the Horseman.
But damn, all we got from the ultimate visual of horseman on steed was the rubbery and toylike McFarlane and a couple of model kits that are way below standards... IMO.

*sigh*

My favorite Johnny Depp performance was William Blake. After that, Jack Sparrow, Ichabod Crane and Hunter S. stand out the most.

I'd go Ed Wood then William Blake as his best. If I'm being honest though I wouldn't say Depp is anything more than a consistent actor. Always good, rarely anything more.

I would also like to state for the record that both the film Fear and Loathing and the character of Raoul Duke suck balls for all you Hunter S. hipsters out there.

The McFarlane horse set did suck, the legs cracked on mine, but I did add the sword to the regular 7 inch figure and it looks cool, but his costume really needs to be done with actual cloth and such, it would be a very impressive figure.

I would defn buy the horseman. I would even take a light up pumpkin as a substitute to a Walken head. No interest in Icabod though.

yeah that is what I thought too, getting him a pumpkin head would be the coolest

or if the figure came with the pumpkin head already in the box as an accessory that would be so awesome,
it would be better than a Walken head actually..

No, the movie was great. Hunter S. kinda sucks balls though. Or, did before he sucked .45.
