For me it is, not a doubt in my mind that this is the best show right now, the plot is interesting and well written despite of it's camp-ish air, the characters are the best due I've seen in years, the script is utterly compelling, it handles the switch from lighthearted to comedic to tense and scary seamlessly, and the characterization is so freaking believable, which is my main problem with TV shows, I just don't buy the characters, I haven't had a single moment of those in this show.

Started watching this on TV recently. They've only aired the first 4 episodes but so far, I'm loving it!

It has its cheesy bits but overall, I'm really enjoying it. The story is interesting and the interactions between Ichabod and Abbie are great. I like how Ichabod is a fish out of water but not annoyingly so.

I thought it was a solid episode. I liked the connection between the two and the tree monster was pretty cool.

I liked the whole tree monster/living vines thing, very Evil Dead. The chemistry between Tom Mison and Nicole Beharie is what makes this show worth watching, and a more intimate episode like this one really allows that to shine.

Man, loved this episode, Crane was a badass!

Yup, this show has real good monster design, Sandman has been my favorite so far other than the Horsman!

I like Molock too, the little I've seen of him.

I'm still pretty happy with the 13 episode season, but it's weird the way it's fallen, having to wait so long for tonight's episode, and then next week is the two-hour finale!

Anyway, I thought tonight's episode was a very strong one.
It was full of good Ichabod/Abbie banter, which is always appreciated. But I like how it effectively progressed Jenny and Abbie's relationship in a believable way, as well as dealt with Irving and his family a bit too. Also, it featured some truly and effectively scary work with the "monster of the week." The fact that it went after Irving's daughter was a great way to raise the stakes, and both her acting and the make-up (and the direction/editing) made the possession really effective. It was so great to see Clancy Brown again.

Can't wait to see how they wrap up this season! I know it'll be a long wait until next fall, but really pleased we got a really solid, well-done season out of it without any filler.

I loved this episode, I laughed when they made Crane wear skinny jeans :lol Although I'd prefer he's stick with his outfit a little longer, at least until next episode.

I'm glad we're getting another season, I hope this stretches through out a decade if it keeps being this good, this can become the kind of show you can build a franchise on.

Loved last night's episode. This series has been a joy to watch.

Hope for a very good finale and I hope next season is put together well and not just a total mess forced down our throats to make more money.

Yeah, I've really enjoyed this show. Its been fun each week to sit down and see what happens. I'm glad it's coming back for a second season and surprised because fox has a history of not doing that.

I'm glad this younger generation is wearing skinny jeans since it will likely kill their sperm count.
I hope at some point Clancy Brown makes a random Kurgan quote even if only there can be only one.
I didnt expect this show to last but i think its cleverly done and enjoy it a lot.

Haven't posted in here, but I have to say I'm really, really impressed with this show. I don't I've ever seen a show where each episode is strong. The characters are consistent and interesting, the dialogue can be amusing and what's most important for a show like this - the monsters are actually fairly original and frequently scary. If I was a kid, I'd be eating this up and as a adult I can really appreciate how well it's done.

And I needs me a Horseman in 1/6 or PF.
