Quiggle is too young to drive or not smart enough to pass the driving test. That is if his driving is anything like his threads.

I've never actually thrown change at a tailgater. Threatened it a few times, but never followed through.

I do brake-check liberally, though.

I like to make sure that I'm in a no passing zone or there's on-coming traffic, and I let go of the gas and coast. They always end up riding even closer, but it's worth it.
